H.R. 6343 — Parity for Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Students in Agriculture Act

This section revises the education grants programs for Alaska Native serving institutions and Native Hawaiian serving institutions—under which the Secretary of Agriculture provides competitive grants to promote education, applied research, and community development in food and agriculture sciences for underrepresented students—by (1) establishing a grant period of not more than 3 years for each program, and (2) authorizing appropriations of $10 million for FY2026 and $15 million for each of FY2027 through FY2031 (from $10 million annually for FY2001 through FY2023).
