H.R. 6344 — CAT Act

This section directs the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, not later than one year after enactment, to require each public housing agency to publicly disclose on its website, for each contract entered into, (1) all material information about the contract, including goods and services provided; (2) the vendor; (3) the date of solicitation; (4) bids and quotes solicited; and (5) the official who solicited the contract.
