H.R. 6372 — D.C. Shield Law Repeal Act

This section repeals the Human Rights Sanctuary Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24–257) and restores or revives any provision of D.C. law amended or repealed by that Act as if it had not been enacted. (Thus, D.C. government entities resume any prior obligations regarding cooperation with out-of-state investigations or legal processes related to reproductive health care, gender-affirming care, and certain other human rights services.)
