This section establishes in 5 U.S.C. §2955 an annual briefing requirement for 21 executive officials—including the Secretaries of State, Treasury, Defense, Interior, Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, Transportation, Energy, Education, and Veterans Affairs; the Attorney General; the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency; the Administrator of the Small Business Administration; the Director of National Intelligence; the Director of the Office of Management and Budget; the U.S. Trade Representative; and the Chair of the Federal Reserve Board—to specified House and Senate committees, including the Committees on Appropriations and relevant authorizing committees, in such form and manner as the committees require.
