H.R. 6486 — MACA Act

This section directs the Secretary of Commerce, in conducting the 2030 decennial census and each decennial census thereafter, to include in any questionnaire used for determining total population by states a checkbox or similar option for respondents to indicate, for themselves and household members, whether the individual is a citizen of both the United States and another country and, if so, which other country.
