H.R. 6534 — To repeal a restriction on assistance to Azerbaijan.

This section repeals section 907 of the FREEDOM Support Act (22 U.S.C. 5812 note), which restricted U.S. assistance to the government of Azerbaijan until the President certified the cessation of Azerbaijan's blockade of economic, transportation, and communications routes into Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. (Thus, the assistance restriction on Azerbaijan is fully lifted.) It also amends the Act's table of contents by striking the item relating to section 907.
