H.R. 6611 — The F–47 Program Total Force Act of 2025

This section directs the Secretary of the Air Force to submit to the congressional defense committees, by March 1, 2027, a report on the F–47 advanced fighter aircraft program. The report must include (1) a description of the program, including system requirements, employment concepts, and projected costs, schedule, and funding requirements over fiscal years 2028 through 2034; (2) the program's acquisition strategy of record, including consideration of a middle tier or major capability acquisition pathway; and (3) a proposed fielding strategy addressing estimated force structure and basing requirements, military construction needs, personnel training, and integration of Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve units. The report must be submitted in unclassified form but may include a classified annex.
