H.R. 6628 — Protect Greenbury Point Conservation Area Act

This section revises Section 2855 of the Military Construction Act for Fiscal Year 2024 to prohibit construction of a golf course or other modification or restriction of public access at the Greenbury Point Conservation Area at Naval Support Activity Annapolis, Maryland (previously a limitation on such authority). It adds an exception for restrictions related to environmental restoration of the area consistent with existing law and regulation.
