H.R. 6698 — Board of Veterans Appeals Annual Report Transparency Act of 2025

This section requires the Chairman of the Board of Veterans' Appeals, in the annual report under 38 U.S.C. 7101(d)(2), to identify (1) for cases pending that year under the new appeals system (as defined in the Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act of 2017) that were not disposed of timely, the contributing factors and, for each, the number and percentage of such cases affected; and (2) for cases pending that year (under the new or legacy appeals system) that were remanded, the contributing factors and, for each, the number and percentage of such cases affected.
