H.R. 6714 — American Products in Parks Act

This section requires that, effective one year after enactment, products offered for sale in gift shops or visitor centers within National Park System units meet three U.S. production criteria: (1) final assembly or processing occurs in the United States; (2) all significant processing occurs in the United States; and (3) all or virtually all ingredients or components are made and sourced in the United States. The section further directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish, by that effective date, certification, audit, and enforcement procedures to ensure compliance.
