H.R. 6866 — Securing Smart Investments in our Ports Act

This section revises project selection criteria under the Port Infrastructure Development Program to require ensuring equitable geographic distribution among regions of the United States. Specifically, it (1) adds this criterion to port and intermodal improvement grants and (2) adds it to assistance for small inland river and coastal ports and terminals.
