H.R. 6892 — To authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to subscribe to additional shares of the capital stock of the Inter-American Investment Corporation.

This section authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to subscribe on behalf of the United States to not more than an additional 25,124 shares of the capital stock of the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), the private sector financing arm of the Inter-American Development Bank Group. Any such subscription is effective only to the extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance in appropriations acts.
