H.R. 7013 — Greenland Sovereignty Protection Act

This section prohibits the use of federal funds for (1) any activity supporting, directing, or facilitating the invasion, annexation, purchase, or other acquisition of Greenland by the United States or any federal official or entity; (2) any increase in U.S. Armed Forces presence or funding, assistance, or investment in Greenland above inflation-adjusted levels as of the day before enactment; or (3) any program, project, or activity relating to staging or supporting a public or private influence campaign—overt or covert by any federal official or entity—to sway Greenland's self-determination. The prohibition may be waived only by subsequent legislation that explicitly authorizes the specific activity and cites this subsection or the "Greenland Sovereignty Protection Act."
