H.R. 7018 — Stand with Israel Act of 2026

This section revises the prohibition on U.S. funding to a United Nations organ or agency that illegally expels Israel (under Section 115(b) of the Department of State Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1984 and 1985) by striking the second sentence and inserting a ban on funds made available to the Department of State or any other federal department or agency for any contribution, grant, or other payment, voluntary or assessed, to such organ or agency until the illegal action is reversed. (Thus, U.S. assessed and voluntary contributions to the offending U.N. body would be withheld pending Israel's reinstatement.)
