H.R. 707 — Deport Illegal Voters Act of 2025

This section expands the definition of aggravated felony under the Immigration and Nationality Act to include voting in violation of any Federal, State, or local constitutional provision, statute, ordinance, or regulation. As conforming amendments, it (1) revises the inadmissibility ground for unlawful voters to apply solely to aliens who have voted (previously included attempts to vote and violations of executive orders); and (2) strikes the separate deportability ground for unlawful voting. (Thus, such violations are now covered under the aggravated felony deportability ground.)
