H.R. 7101No Delay in Representation Act

To require that an individual elected to fill a vacancy in the House of Representatives pursuant to a special election shall be provided an opportunity to have the oath of office administered and seated as a member of that body not later than five legislative days after the day that the results of the special election are certified, and for other purposes.
