H.R. 7141 — Affordable Housing Guarantee Act

This section increases the maximum guaranty amount for VA-guaranteed home loans in cases where the veteran does not acquire full title (e.g., certain lease-purchase arrangements) to 50% of the loan (from 25%) for veterans with service-connected disabilities whose entitlement under the VA loan guaranty program is unused or fully restored, while maintaining the 25% guaranty for other veterans. (Thus, eligible disabled veterans may finance larger loan amounts in such cases.)
