H.R. 7174 — Full Cost of War Act

This section requires that any authorization for the use of military force or declaration of war enacted after the date of enactment include an authorization of appropriations for the Department of Veterans Affairs for such sums as necessary to provide veterans with medical care, disability compensation, and other earned benefits resulting from activities conducted pursuant to that authorization or declaration, as jointly determined by the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
