H.R. 7229 — Territorial SBA Loan Guaranty Adjustment Act of 2026

This section establishes a 90% Administration participation level in deferred guaranteed loans to covered territory businesses under the Small Business Administration's 7(a) loan program (except for loans under paragraphs (9), (14)(A), (16), (31), or (34), or a pilot program under paragraph (25)), and makes a conforming amendment to the list of exceptions to the general participation level.
