H.R. 7251 — Prohibit Partisan Park Passes Act

This section amends the provision for selecting the annual image on the America the Beautiful—the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass (i.e., an interagency pass covering entrance fees and standard amenity recreation fees at federal recreational lands and waters) by (1) striking "competition" from the subsection heading (to "Image for recreation pass" from "Image competition for recreation pass") and (2) prohibiting use of any image depicting a living current or former elected official or other living political figure.
