H.R. 7320 — Minnesota Voter Integrity Act of 2026

This section withholds funds authorized under the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA)—which provides grants to states for election administration and voter access improvements—from Minnesota until the Minnesota Secretary of State submits to the Attorney General: (1) all records supporting or documenting same-day voter registrations under Minn. Stat. § 201.061, subd. 3; (2) all records of votes cast by voters registered under that provision; (3) all records kept under Minn. Stat. § 201.01, subds. 7 and 8; and (4) any other records the Attorney General determines relevant to Minnesota's HAVA compliance.
