H.R. 7411 — Mammography Access for Veterans Act of 2025

This section expands the telescreening mammography program of the Department of Veterans Affairs by removing its pilot designation and requiring the Department to offer the program, a full-service mammography program, or a mobile mammography program in each State and Puerto Rico not later than two years after the date of enactment. The section also requires that such programs be accessible to veterans with paralysis, a spinal cord injury or disorder, or another disability, and changes the deadline for a required report to May 1, 2027 (from one year after the conclusion of the program).
