H.R. 7451 — EXILE Act

This section reduces the annual numerical limitation on H-1B nonimmigrant visas (i.e., for U.S. employers to hire foreign workers in specialty occupations requiring theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and a bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent) to zero for FY2027 and each succeeding fiscal year (from 85,000 through FY2026).
