H.R. 7515 — To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Nisqually Indian Tribe the Clear Creek Hatchery infrastructure.

The covered infrastructure—generally depicted on maps titled “Nisqually Indian Tribe Clear Creek Hatchery Lower Site” and “Nisqually Indian Tribe Clear Creek Hatchery Upper Site,” both dated December 3, 2024—includes 26 listed items (e.g., Asphalt Ponds #11–#16, Dams 1 and 2, Fish Ladder, multiple springs and wells, raceways, forebays, and a water tower), plus associated pipes, electrical and communication conduits, security fences, and roads.
