H.R. 7631 — Rural Water Security Act

This section adds Colorado to the list of eligible states (previously Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming) for the western rural water supply program in three subsections of Section 595 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999. (The program provides federal cost-sharing for planning, design, construction, and replacement of rural water supply, distribution, and wastewater facilities.)
