H.R. 7654 — Advance Global Health Act

This section requires the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy of the Department of State to consolidate all statutorily required reports to Congress or congressional committees into a single annual report due not later than September 30 each year, in machine-searchable format containing all such information. It provides exceptions for (1) any report that cannot be consolidated during the one-year period beginning on enactment without loss of required information (requiring a notice in the annual report naming the excluded report and certifying its separate availability by the statutory due date), and (2) quarterly reports and reports required before expenditure of departmental budget funds. It clarifies that the consolidation does not waive, alter, or affect any congressional notification requirement.
