H.R. 7657 — Military Family Diaper Partnership Act

This section directs the Secretary of Defense to seek an agreement with the National Diaper Bank Network under which the Secretary provides $1 million for each of FY2027 through FY2030 to establish a military family diaper fund for distributing diapers and diapering supplies to military families. The agreement requires (1) the Network to deposit the funds into the diaper fund; (2) the Network to provide matching funds or in-kind contributions from non-federal sources equal to or greater than the Secretary's contribution; (3) distribution only to Network members that have provided diapers or diapering supplies within 20 miles of a military installation for at least five years; (4) use of funds solely to provide such items to military families in need or for technical assistance and evaluation by the Network; and (5) annual reports to the Secretary on fund activities.
