H.R. 7700 — Annual Public Housing Inspections Accountability Act

This section directs the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study on public housing inspections and submit a report to Congress not later than one year after enactment. The study must identify (1) the number of inspections required to be conducted by HUD in the one-year period that are incomplete, and (2) the number of inspectors needed to ensure all required inspections can be completed each year.
