H.R. 773 — To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to repeal certain provisions relating to the acceptance and use of contributions for public-private partnerships, and for other purposes.

This section revises USDA's authority under the Food Security Act of 1985 to accept non-Federal contributions for conservation programs under subtitle D (i.e., Conservation Reserve Program, Agricultural Conservation Easement Program, Environmental Quality Incentives Program, Conservation Stewardship Program, and related programs that provide technical and financial assistance to agricultural producers for conservation practices) by (1) authorizing the establishment of a sub-account for each such program to support its purposes; (2) eliminating the prior limitation to public-private partnerships; and (3) striking detailed restrictions and definitions in former paragraphs (3) through (10). (Thus, contributions to any subtitle D program are deposited into its dedicated sub-account.)
