H.R. 7737 — SEEDS Act of 2026

This section expands permitted investments for Trump accounts to include indexes comprised of digital assets (in addition to previously eligible investments), for investments made after the date of enactment.

This section makes permanent the Trump accounts contribution program—previously designated as a pilot—for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025 (from taxable years beginning before January 1, 2029). It also strikes "pilot" from the section heading, related conforming provisions, and the table of sections.
