H.R. 7775 — CDFI Fund Transparency Act

This section requires the Secretary of the Treasury (or designee) to annually testify, at the discretion of the chairs of the House Committee on Financial Services and Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, before those committees (or subcommittees) regarding the operations of the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund during the previous year.
