H.R. 7788 — Maryland Whole Watershed Program Federal Partnership Act

This section directs the Chesapeake Bay Program Office—maintained by EPA to support the Chesapeake Bay Program for restoring and protecting the Chesapeake Bay ecosystem—to serve as an advisory member of the State Management Team for the Maryland Whole Watershed Program and any substantially similar program in a state. In that role, the office is authorized to coordinate with state, local, and federal entities and to provide technical assistance and financial resources for Chesapeake Bay watershed projects.
