H.R. 7849 — Farm Equipment Safety Act

This section exempts emissions from nonroad engines and nonroad vehicles used for agricultural purposes from the standards under this section (i.e., Clean Air Act standards applicable to new nonroad engines and vehicles, such as farm tractors and other off-road agricultural equipment, to reduce ozone and carbon monoxide pollution).
