H.R. 8152 — To amend the Agricultural Adjustment Act with respect to the treatment of dates for processing under certain marketing orders.

This section eliminates the exclusion of dates for processing from import regulations under Section 8e(a) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act (previously limited to fresh dates and other commodities such as citrus, avocados, olives, and walnuts). (Thus, imported dates for processing must meet the same grade, size, quality, or maturity standards as domestically produced dates regulated under federal marketing orders.)
