H.R. 8209 — To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the school-based health centers grant program.

This section reauthorizes the school-based health centers grant program (i.e., competitive grants to support health centers located in or near schools that deliver comprehensive primary care services to children, particularly in underserved communities) at $55 million for each of FY2027 through FY2031 (previously, such sums as may be necessary for FY2022 through FY2026).
