H.R. 8244 — Neighborhood Skies Act of 2026

This section directs the Secretary of Defense to submit to Congress, not later than one year after enactment and annually thereafter for the next two years, a report on the number of Department of Defense proficiency flights conducted in the National Capitol Region during the preceding 12-month period. The National Capitol Region has the meaning given in section 2655(10) of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 201.
