H.R. 8354 — Securing Local Communities Input in Broadband Development Act

This section nullifies two Federal Communications Commission (FCC) actions that preempted state and local authority to regulate wireless and wireline broadband infrastructure deployment, including small wireless facilities. (Thus, state and local governments regain full regulatory rights over such deployments previously limited by the 2018 Infrastructure Order (83 Fed. Reg. 51867) and the Third Report and Order and Declaratory Ruling (FCC 18–111).)
