This section authorizes the Secretary of the Army to convey to the Utah National Guard, Lehi, Utah, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to three specified parcels of real property, including any improvements thereon, at Camp Williams State Military Reservation in Lehi, Utah (exact acreage and legal description to be determined by survey satisfactory to the Secretary). The conveyance is subject to (1) any existing easements, restrictions, or covenants of record; (2) a reversionary interest, at the Secretary's option after a recorded determination with hearing opportunity, if the property ceases to be used for Utah National Guard training and readiness activities; and (3) requirements that the State of Utah cover or reimburse the Secretary's costs (except environmental remediation), using no federal funds, with any excess amounts refunded. The Secretary may impose additional terms and conditions to protect U.S. interests.
