H.R. 8418 — Know Your Labor Rights Act

This section amends the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to (1) require the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to promulgate regulations directing employers to post and maintain notices of employee rights under the NLRA in conspicuous physical and electronic locations where employee notices are customarily posted, to make such notices available for free on its website, and to notify new employees of the information; and (2) authorize the NLRB to issue compliance orders and civil penalties of up to $500 per violation for employer noncompliance with these requirements.
