H.R. 8497 — Supporting Energy and Economic Development (SEED) Act

This section extends the biodiesel and renewable diesel mixture income tax credit under IRC §40A, the biodiesel mixture excise tax credit under §6426(c), and payments for nontaxable uses of biodiesel or renewable diesel under §6427(e) through 2029 (from 2024). It also denies such credits and payments for any fuel with respect to which the clean fuel production credit is allowed under §45Z.
