H.R. 8641 — Protecting Passengers from Discrimination Act

This section directs the Comptroller General of the United States to submit to the House Committee on Homeland Security and the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation an assessment, not later than 90 days after the date of enactment and annually thereafter, of the extent to which Transportation Security Administration passenger security screening practices comply with the Administration’s non-discrimination policies and to identify any needed actions to improve such compliance.
