This section directs the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, acting through the Chief Information Officer, to implement the recommendations contained in the Comptroller General report titled “Artificial Intelligence: Uses and Risks for Small Business Contracting and Innovation Research” (GAO–26–107828; published May 4, 2026). It requires the Administrator to submit an implementation plan to the House Committee on Small Business and the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship within 45 days of enactment that details actions to establish policies and procedures for disclosing artificial intelligence use in accordance with section 7225 of the Advancing American AI Act and Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M–25–21, including definitions of roles and responsibilities for collecting, summarizing, and publishing AI use cases and documentation of implementation decisions and key actions.
