H.R. 8667 — MISSION Rx Act

This section caps the cost-sharing amount for a selected drug under the TRICARE pharmacy benefits program and the copayment amount under VA authorities at the level paid by a Medicare Part D beneficiary for that drug during any year the drug is covered under the Drug Price Negotiation Program. It also requires that each federal master agreement for procurement of a selected drug set the maximum price at or below the maximum fair price established under the Program for the duration of the agreement, applies the requirement to agreements in effect on or after the date of enactment, and directs modification of such agreements to reflect preexisting statutory price maximums upon termination of the Program.
