This section prohibits the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) from including any COVID-19 vaccine on the ACIP child and adolescent immunization schedule—recommendations that guide state school requirements and insurance coverage—unless HHS posts all clinical data in its possession on the vaccine's safety, efficacy, and adverse effects on the CDC public website (deidentified to protect privacy). The section deems any COVID-19 vaccine on the schedule as of enactment removed, directs the HHS Secretary to effectuate the removal, and clarifies that such vaccines may be added back only if the data posting requirement is met.
