H.R. 8767 — Compensation Fund Recrediting Act

This section terminates the Filipino Veterans Equity Compensation Fund on January 1, 2027 (from availability until expended). On that date, the underlying section ceases to have effect and any remaining amounts in the fund are deposited into the general fund of the Treasury.
