H.R. 931 — To allow certain Federal minerals to be mined consistent with the Bull Mountains Mining Plan Modification, and for other purposes.

This section authorizes the mining of all Federal coal reserves leased under Federal Coal Lease MTM 97988 on approximately 800 acres of Federal land in Musselshell County, Montana (T. 6 N., R. 27 E., Montana Principal Meridian: NE¼ sec. 8; SW¼ sec. 10; W½, SE¼ sec. 22), in accordance with the Bull Mountains Mining Plan Modification (i.e., Amendment 3 to Bull Mountains Mine No. 1 Mining Plan, approved November 18, 2020). The section further directs the Secretary of the Interior to approve that plan modification, without modification or delay, within 30 days of enactment to the extent necessary for such mining.
