H.R. 958 — Train More Primary Care Doctors Act of 2025

This section increases and extends the authorization of appropriations for primary care training and enhancement programs to $49,924,000 for each of FY2025 through FY2030 (from $48,924,000 for FY2021 through FY2025). (As background, the programs support grants to hospitals, medical and osteopathic schools, physician assistant programs, and other entities to develop and operate accredited training—including residencies, fellowships, and curricula—in family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics, and physician assistant education.)
