H.Res. 101 — Expressing support for the designation of February 4, 2025, as "Transit Equity Day".

This section honors the life and legacy of Rosa Parks by nationally recognizing Transit Equity Day and (1) encourages the use of public transportation and continued efforts to make public transit accessible for all, (2) applauds transit agencies offering fare-free rides on Transit Equity Day, and (3) directs the Clerk of the House to transmit an enrolled copy of the resolution to the co-executive directors of the Labor Network for Sustainability and the convener of the National Campaign for Transit Justice.
