H.Res. 1047 — Recognizing January 2026 as "National Mentoring Month".

This section recognizes National Mentoring Month, acknowledges the benefits of mentoring for educational achievement, career goal-setting, reduced juvenile delinquency, and community strength, promotes the establishment and expansion of quality mentoring programs to support young people, and supports initiatives to close the mentoring gap for those lacking meaningful adult connections outside the home.
