This section provides for immediate House consideration of H.R. 7378, the bill to amend the Calder Act to permanently adjust American time. It waives all points of order against the bill and its provisions, deems the bill read, prohibits amendments, and orders the previous question to final passage after one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce (or their designees), except for one motion to recommit.
